Transparency
We share what we know, and why we recommend the tools and tactics we do with the clients we support. We share potential conflicts or concerns across partners.
Honesty
Plain truth is of course imperative in any relationship, and in building relationships to supporters in charities. This value also encompasses the requirement to speak the truth when it might be easier to let silence redirect a conversation. We will deliver our knowledge and advice even when that may be a more difficult path.
Acceptance
We meet clients where they are in their mission journey. There is never any shame in not doing something or being further along. We know most nonprofit professionals don’t get into this work to manage a database or examine email analytics. We are here to help, not to judge what could have been done years earlier.
Adaptability
We believe in developing a plan and measuring against that plan, but the plan cannot anticipate all the changes the future will bring. When a new technology is introduced or a staff member leaves or a Board of Directors changes direction, we will adapt.
