Heath Brown is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the John Jay College in New York. Heath has been researching the Tea Party movement, and it’s origins in the Citizens United supreme court decision. The origins of this important decision – and the continuing impacts on elections and policy – have their roots in nonprofit sector.
